Upload anything
PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and code files. Each upload gets a title, summary and keywords automatically.

Scanned PDFs and phone photos of documents are read with OCR and become searchable, page by page.
Every version kept
Upload a new edition and the old one is archived, never lost. Withdraw a document and restore it later.
Search that finds it
Full-text and keyword search across everything, with exact phrases and exclusions. Include archived versions when you need history.
Answers with citations
Ask a question and get an answer built only from your documents, with a link that opens the cited page.

Word and PowerPoint files are converted to PDF with page numbers. Scans get a searchable PDF you can download.
Private by design
Each organisation has its own separate storage and logins. Nobody outside your organisation can see your documents.
Nightly backup
Every file and record is backed up off-site every night, so a bad day on the server is not a lost library.
Research assistant Premium
Ask it to investigate a topic on the web. It writes a cited report and files it into your register. Coming with the Premium plan.
How it works
Upload
Drag in the documents you already rely on. Duplicates are caught, and new editions become new versions.
Ask
Type a question the way you would ask a colleague. Follow-up questions keep the context.
Check
Click any citation to open the exact page. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so.
Where your documents go
Files are stored on our own server, not a shared cloud drive. To write summaries and answers, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which by default does not use API data to train its models. During the beta, please do not upload confidential, financial or personal documents. Read the full privacy and security page.

For testers who use the beta (at least 10 questions) and subscribe within 60 days of launch. Prices are subject to change during the beta period. At the end of the beta, accounts without a paid plan move to the Free plan automatically, and their documents are kept.
